Monthly visit also enables us to keep proper track record on medical record keeping and regular update on their recent visit to their treating physician. The documents are managed properly and advised accordingly. The medication chart is  evaluated and tretment outcome is discussed with the doctor at the station. We always give an monthly report on client condition.

This is a modular service on subscription basis. the visit frequency can be moderated according to the need of an individual and that is managed by the team. The frequency and in-house management of the client also is possible if the requirement and demand is proven and placed.
